This policy may change from time to time, so please check back periodically. To make this policy easily accessible, a link to it is made available on our homepage and on every webpage where personal information is requested.

It is intended that this policy be read in conjunction with the “Terms of Service,” which governs your use of our website.

  • Billing and Credit Card Information. Please note that we collect and store your name, an email address, physical mailing address, telephone number, credit card information, and other billing information in order to enable payment via our website. This information will only be shared with third parties who help to complete the purchase transaction.
  • Commercial Information. We keep a record of your transaction or subscription history.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information, as detailed in the following section.
  • Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information, such as screenshots, photographs, or similar files.
  • Professional or employment-related information, such as job industry and job title.
  • Contests, Sweepstakes, and Special Offers. We may collect personal information from you when you participate in sweepstakes, contests, or special offers. If this information is also being collected by a third party other than ourselves, we will notify you at the same time. If you do not want any personal information shared, you should not participate in the sweepstakes, contest, or special offers.
  • Information Collected Through our LiveChat Assistance. To assist you, we offer a LiveChat service powered by Intercom, through which we may collect your contact information, such as your name, email address, or physical mailing address, and any other information you volunteer, such as professional or employment-related information. If you attach a file or image to your help request, such as a screenshot or other document, we may also collect any audio, electronic, visual, or similar information that constitutes or forms part of your attachment.

The categories of sensitive information include:

  • Account log-in information, in combination with the required password or credentials allowing access to the account.

Personal Information Collected Automatically

  • Information Collected by Us Using Technology. We use various Internet technologies to manage the services of our website and track the use of our services. Information that we collect using these technologies may be combined with other information about you.
  • Device Information. We may collect information about the computer, mobile device, or other device you use to access our website or services, including (but not limited to) your IP address, geolocation information, unique device identifiers, browser type, browser language, and other transactional information.
  • Cookies and Other Similar Technologies. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. We use “cookies” as they help us provide faster and more accurate services by allowing our computers to readily identify your computer as an authorized user (among other details). You may not be able to access certain areas of our website if your computer does not accept cookies from us. We may also transmit website usage information to third parties in order to display advertising for us when you visit other websites. For more information, please see the “Cookies” section below.
  • Analytics, Log Files, and Reading History. As is true of most websites, we will gather certain information automatically and store it in log files like most other websites. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses (the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the Internet), browser type, operating system, and other usage information about the use of our website, including a history of the pages you view. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. This is done so that we may improve the services we offer you. We have also hired third parties to provide us with information, reports, and analysis about the usage, and browsing patterns of our users. They may independently record the type of device and operating system you are using as well as general location information.
  • Third Party Use of Information (Google Analytics Tracking, AdWords Remarketing, Facebook Remarketing). Some of the services and advertisements included on our website and in our services are delivered or served by third-party companies, which may collect information about your use of our services. These companies may place or recognize cookies, Web beacons, or other technology to track certain information from our website users. For example, in the course of serving certain advertisements, an advertiser may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser in order to collect certain information about your use of our services. For another example, an advertiser or ad server may also be able to collect your device’s unique identifier in the course of serving an ad. In many cases, this information could be used to show you ads on other websites based on your interests. We may control or have access to these third parties’ use of cookies or other tracking technologies or how they may be used. We use Google Analytics to understand the way that visitors to our website interact with it. We have enabled the following Google Analytics advertising features:
    • Remarketing with Google Analytics
    • Google Display Network Impression Reporting
    • Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting
    • Integrated services that require Google Analytics to collect data for advertising purposes, including the collection of data via advertising cookies and identifiers.
  • We use Google AdWords re-marketing technology to market our website throughout the Internet. We place a cookie on your browser, and Google reads these cookies and may serve an ad on third-party website, after you have visited our website. If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows a customer to deny or accept the cookie feature; however, as aforementioned, you should note that the cookies may be necessary for a user to access and use certain features available on our website. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On. You may opt out of ad serving on Google’s opt-out page.
  • We may also utilize Facebook Advertising re-marketing technology to market our website throughout the Internet. Facebook may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from our website and other websites using that information to provide measurement services and ad targeting. You can opt out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting by following Facebook's published opt-out instructions. Additionally, you can opt out of additional web-tracking technologies via the Digital Advertising Alliance’s consumer choice page.

  • Relevant Advertising. We may use the information that we collect through advertising on our website to be targeted to the users for whom they are most pertinent. This means users see advertising that is most likely to interest them, and advertisers send their messages to people who are most likely to be receptive, improving both the viewer’s experience and the effectiveness of the ads.
  • Email Newsletters. We will periodically send you email newsletters or promotional email about services offered by us and our advertisers. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any email we send, or you can contact us using the contact details provided in the “Contact Information” section below. In addition to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, your use of our AI-powered products and services may be subject to OpenAI’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please refer to these documents for more information about how OpenAI may use your information.
  • Service Providers. We contract with other companies to provide services on our behalf, including credit card and billing processing, ad serving, shipping, email distribution, list processing, and analytics or promotion management. We provide these companies only with the information they need to perform their services. These service providers are restricted from using personal information in any other way than to provide services for us, and they may not share, resell, or use the data for their own direct marketing purposes. We reserve the right to disclose your opt-out information to third parties so they can suppress your name from future solicitors, in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Affiliates. We may also share limited information (e.g., name, email, industry segment or job category) with companies and affiliates that are wholly owned by the same owners as us. These companies may use your information to advertise and market their services to you.
  • Aggregated Data. We may aggregate or otherwise strip information of all personally identifying characteristics and may share that aggregated data with third parties or publish it. This data does not personally identify you and helps us to measure the success of our services and its features and to improve your experience. We reserve the right to make use of any such aggregated data as we see fit.
  • Third Party Marketing and Advertising Organizations. Through website cookies and similar technologies, we share your information with third party marketing and advertising partners to advertise our services on our websites and other websites that you may visit.

We may access, preserve, and disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law or we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with the law or with legal process; (ii) protect and defend our rights and property; (iii) protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our services; or (iv) protect the personal safety or property of our users or the public (among other things, this means that if you provide false information or attempt to pose as someone else, information about you may be disclosed as part of any investigation into your actions).

Are there links to third-party websites?

Yes. We have included links on our website for your use and reference. We are not responsible for the privacy policies on these websites. You should be aware that the privacy policies of these websites may differ from our own. Please check these policies before you submit any data to these websites.

Cookies

As mentioned above, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device. A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, shopping cart, or other preferences) over a period of time, so you do not have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.

Google Analytics. We may use Google Analytics. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve the website. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more information. You may also choose to download the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

You may wish to restrict the use of cookies. Please be aware that some of the features of our website may not function correctly if you disable cookies. Most modern browsers allow you to change your cookie settings. You can usually find these settings in the options or preferences menu of your browser. To understand these settings, the following links for commonly used browsers may be helpful:

Personalized Advertising. We may also use targeted advertising cookies, such as Google Ads, to deliver tailored advertising on our website and other websites that you may visit. You can learn more about how to control advertising cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative’s Consumer Opt-Out link, the DAA’s Consumer Opt-Out link for browsers, or the DAA’s opt-out link for mobile devices. Please note that electing to opt-out will not stop advertising from appearing in your browser or applications and may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests.

How do we respond to ‘Do Not Track’ signals?

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. DNT is a way for users to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or online services. We do not recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals, as the Internet industry is currently still working toward defining exactly what DNT means, what it means to comply with DNT, and a common approach to responding to DNT.

California and certain other U.S. state residents may opt out of tracking technologies by broadcasting an Opt-Out Preference Signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) (on the browsers and/or browser extensions that support such a signal). To download and use a browser supporting the GPC browser signal, click here: https://globalprivacycontrol.org/orgs. If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use. Your request to opt-out of sale/sharing will be linked to your browser identifier only and not linked to any account information because the connection between your browser and the account is not known to us.

To make such a request, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

Right to Equal Service & Price. You have the right to receive equal service and price, even if you exercise a privacy right.

Verification Process for Exercising Rights. To protect our consumers’ privacy, we verify privacy rights requests to ensure that only you (or your authorized agent) can exercise rights pertaining to your personal information. As part of our verification process, we may request you to submit additional information.

If you are an authorized agent wishing to exercise rights on behalf of a state resident, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this Privacy Policy and provide us with a copy of the consumer’s written authorization designating you as their agent. We may need to verify your identity and place of residence before completing your rights request.

Is my information protected?

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative controls to protect the information. Please note that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Thus, while we have established and maintain what we believe to be reasonable procedures to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of personal information obtained through the website and services, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

How long is my information retained?

We retain information from or about you for so long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. When the information is no longer necessary for these purposes, we delete it or keep it in a form that does not identify you, unless we are required by law to keep this information for a longer period. When determining the retention period, we take into account various criteria, such as the type of products and services requested by or provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, possible re-enrollment with our products or services, the impact on the services we provide to you if we delete some information from or about you, mandatory retention periods provided by law, and the statute of limitations.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information about children under the age of 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the contact details provided in the “Contact Information” section below. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

Change of Control

Personal information may be transferred to a third party as a result of a sale, acquisition, merger, reorganization or other change in control. If we sell, merge or transfer any part of the business, part of the sale may include your personal information.

Changes to This Policy.
