2024 MCLE Compliance Bundle
A subscription to the electronic edition of Sullivan on Comp includes over 75 hours of webinars, all qualified for California State Bar MCLE and workers' compensation LSCLE (Legal Specialist) participatory credit. Plus, SOC webinars also include the seven hours of California State Bar MCLE special requirements topics.
This means that California attorneys in Compliance Group 2 (H-M) can earn all of the hours needed for their 2024 Compliance Report due Feb 1, 2024 by viewing webinars included in their Sullivan on Comp subscription, with no additional charges.

Complete Four Hours on Legal Ethics

- Ethics Dos and Don'ts for Lawyer Marketing, Advertising & Referrals with Erin Joyce (1 hr)
Complete One Hour on Competence Issues
- Thriving in Volatile Times and Growing Your Practice with Erin Joyce (1 hr)
Complete Two Hours on Dealing with Elimination of Bias
Of the two hours, at least one hour must focus on implicit bias and the promotion of bias reducing strategies.
- Attorney Bias, Discrimination & Harassment in the Workplace with Lisa Aguiar (1 hr)
- Understanding & Reducing Implicit Bias with Judy Hissong and Anthony Culpepper (1 hr)
Additional Hours on General Topics
After viewing the required topics, complete your remaining educational requirements from the SOC webinar collection:
- California attorneys must complete 25 hours of MCLE:
- Seven of those hours are the requirements noted above;
- also view 18 hours of additional webinars.
- California certified legal specialists must complete 43 hours of LSCLE:
- Seven of those hours are the requirements noted above;
- also view 36 hours of additional webinars.
